Lesson one: tobacco products
During our first lesson we took a quiz about tobacco and alcohol and discussed the answers.
Lesson two: alcohol and alcoholism
During our second lesson we watched a video called Lots of Kids Like Us about alcoholism and some of the effects it has on both the addicted individual and the family members. The biggest message in it is to talk to a safe adult if someone or something is making you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Get help! It is not your fault and you do not deserve to be scared or in danger!
