Calming Tricks
Today we reviewed the brain and talked again about the importance of calming ourselves when we get upset or feel our brain start to "slip" from our frontal lobe. To stay calm and in control, we must control our breathing and our muscles. We learned 5 calming tricks that help us do this in a fun way. In addition, we learned some fun animal yoga poses!
